Anne Stevens

My name is Anne Stevens, a personal style consultant whose mission is to give women over 40 the tools to (re)discover their style and confidence.

Born and raised a Jersey girl I worked in the fashion space until transitioning to a Midwest stay at home mom to six (yes, you read that right!) 25 years ago. Quickly I was deep ( and I mean deep) in the trenches of having and keeping tiny humans alive. Style? Mine consisted on whatever I could button and didn’t smell like baby puke. Confidence? Let’s just say after c sections, a twin birth ( yes, you read that right too!) and breastfeeding for what seemed like a decade, I wasn’t exactly exuding confidence when I looked in the mirror. Sound familiar?

For me, the fog lifted as I entered my forties. My kids were older and all in school– and guess what? They were alive! They were doing pretty darn well honestly. I decided to take another look in the mirror. It was time to move myself up on the “to do” list. My guess is that you are here because you have decided to do that as well.

My passion was for style and fashion was reignited in 2015 through my partnership with Stella & Dot, now Stella & Dot Family of Brands and Evereve. Two mission driven companies that have given me the platform to once again connect, style and serve. I not only rediscovered my style and confidence along the way but have helped my clients do the same. Yes, we can ( and should) put ourselves at the top of our “to do” list. Yes, we can at the age 40, 50, 60 ( you get the point!) rediscover style that is current, figure flattering, age appropriate but most of all kick off this new season of our lives with confidence!

Fun facts about me. Outside of styling my clients, you will find me on the Peloton (make sure to give me a high five!) or at any number of fitness facilities in town. Yup, I’m a certified gym junkie! If I’m not on a bike or at the gym, I’m in the car. Dance practices, competitions, travel hockey, regattas. I’ve been every type of sports mom and have loved every minute of it! I’ll take the beach over the mountains any day. White wine over red. Dogs over cats. Most of all I believe that you can reinvent yourself and follow your dream no matter your age. Move yourself to the top of your “to do” list and experience the magic!
